  • In a Season of Transition.  An important relationship might be ending or changing; you’re struggling to figure out the right next step for your career, considering next steps in a significant relationship (moving in together, marriage, having a baby);  or realizing that you just don’t see yourself or your life in the same way you used to, and are unsure of what to do next.

  • Dealing with Trauma.  Trauma can be anything that has caused you physical, sexual, emotional, and/or spiritual harm. Trauma can leave you carrying feelings of shame, guilt, anger, and resentment. We'll work together to unpack these feelings, creating room for insight, forgiveness, and most importantly healing.

  • Experiencing Loss.  This could be do to a death of a loved one, a break-up, diagnoses of a life changing health condition, or a life transition.

  • Living with Chronic Illness.  Living with or loving someone with a chronic illness can affect your life and relationships in unique and challenging ways.
